I do a lot of kindle reading and these are great…even use them with other reading material, cuts the bright light.The light yellow tint blocks a lot of computer screen glare and reduces eye strain without distorting color to much. There are darker yellow glasses available if you need drastic reduction of screen glare. Good quality but one of the stem is looseAfter cataract surgery two months ago, I hadn't been able to tolerate the light long enough to use the computer or read for more than 5 minutes. These glasses have provided the adjustment I needed.It’s great if you have to look directly into the sunlight from your office windowvery comfortable and light. It does the job for 8 hours of constant computer use.I feel no eye strain with these! It's incredible, they really do work as advertised. Not necessarily the cutest glasses, but not hideous either.Very good product. I dont have headaches anymore at work looking at the computer screen all day.Glasses are perfect! I love them and have no eye strain complaints!!
