I purchased the Eye keeper 3-Pack Stainless Steel Frame Half-Eye Style Reading Glasses Readers +0.75 4 years ago (October 2015) & have been using them daily. I’m using a pair now to right this review. I keep a pair by my chair, on my nightstand & my wife keeps a pair in her purse for me to use when we’re out. For the price I wasn’t expecting much. They didn’t seem to be very sturdy when looking at them, but I still have all 3 in pretty much the same condition as the day I received them. The lenses are plastic, the frame is a thin stamped metal, the temples are thin wire arms & the temple tips are thinly coated w/plastic. The glasses are extremely light & feel fairly comfortable around the ears The pad arms are very thin wire & the nose pads are a stiff rubber that has a small amount of movement. Overall the nose pad & arms are comfortable. However, if you’d wear them for extended time, I do not think they’d remain comfortable. For reading for an hour or two, they’re fine. If your rough on glasses, drop them, sit on them or throw them in a drawer, then they will not last. Even then though, for a couple dollars a pair, how long would you need to have & use them to feel you got your money’s worth? I know I’ve gotten more than my money’s worth. These are OK for short time use to carry in your shirt pocket for convenience. They are not of the same quality as their stainless steel flex arms full sun reading glasses which I really like. But you can get their non sunglass similar model for $14.00. For those of you that have lost the rubber slide on pieces I would suggest replacing them by going to an auto supply store and acquire a piece of small diameter rubber vacuum hose, cut a short piece to fit and bond it to the frame post with a tiny bit of super glue on a tooth pick or use rubber wire insulation that can be slid off the wire which is available in many sizes. That should solve the problem until you either lose them or they get stepped on. But one thing in favor of these frames and others they sell is they don't use spring loaded folding side pieces which break easily, even in expensive frames. My wife's expensive designer frames from Lens Crafters broke just after one year and they said they couldn't repair the frames at the spring loaded attachment. Cheap, even though I like them, Foster Grant frames break in the same way but their glasses can be inexpensively replaced. I think These 3 for $10. readers with stainless steel side pieces attached simply with screws will last much longer than the spring loaded type and can be easily repaired by replacing the screw. This companies products, though inexpensive, are lite weight and well engineered. I would like to see more from them and I hope Amazon continues to offer their readers and magnified full sun glasses. I have replaced all rubber pieces with the smallest size auto vacuum hose cut to fit and bonded with super glue. The glasses fit and stay in place now. This is a permanent fix and makes these glasses much more useful. The thing I do not like are the sharp ends and edges. My mother has not been able to see to read for some time. She has glaucoma and none of the prescription glasses have worked for her, but these glasses work very well! I ordered two of the higher strengths (3.50 and 4.00), which we have not able to find locally. Being elderly, she did not want to order them because she would be running a risk that none of them would work for her since she was not able to try them on and get just the right strength. I decided that for this very good price, it was worth the risk to help her see. She is very happy that I did because now, she can see to read for the first time in a long time!. She is keeping both strengths because she is so proud that both work so well for her. If she is reading black print the 3.50 strength works well for her. For lighter color print, the slightly higher strength (4.00) is best. She had been in pain most of the day, but when she tried on these glasses, she actually started smiling. This is the best thing any product can do for a person. I would say the quality of the product is average, but for the price they are an excellent deal! She has placed a pair in every room where she might need to read something, and I'm going to order her an holder to keep a pair around her neck.I was pleasantly Surprised at the Quality of such an inexpensive product! These are the greatest reading glasses I've ever bought. I ordered these because the price was right and needed something in an emergency to tie me over until I could get a replacement. The last of my usual suspects broke and I couldn't find one nice enough that was worth the exorbitant drug store price tags. These were reasonably priced, so I figured why not. Well when I tried them on, they were light, fashionable and unobtrusive with a flair of elegance. I'm now wearing them at work instead of my more expensive ones. I also appreciate that the lens allows me to apply eye make-up with more ease. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I repurchase? A resounding Yes...At that price, I would be a fool not to. Heck... I Reordered as soon as I tried on the first pair!!! My only disappointment is that the six-pack was not available in my reading strength of 2.5.Bought these for someone knowing they are likely going to get lost or broken so an inexpensive multi pack was just what I needed. They look a little cheap (but again consider the price, great value). It's also nice to be able to leave a pair in one place and another rather than having to bring them around everywhere when you don't need them often. All things considered, it really depends on whether you need multiples or if you are the type to be able to keep track of and take care of one pair... then you might want to look for a more personally suited or unique fashion design. For a utilitarian choice, this is perfect.Three pairs of reading glasses for £6-odd? Looks like a good deal to me. I recently succumbed to my ageing eyes and after a full eye test got two pairs of comfy 1.25 reading glasses for £120 from Boots. But what about spares for the car or work or my computer desk at home? These are ideal for the few minutes they're needed. Some describe them as flimsy, I would say they are lightweight but are strong enough for the job and look more expensive than they are. Can't fault the lenses which let me read perfectly well. Mine are very similar to the picture but differ in the nose supports and the rubber on the arms goes up and over the bend for the ear, which is better. The hinges were a bit stiff but a small blob of light oil got them moving smoothly.Very happy with my purchase, am considering getting another set and need to find cheap cases/pouches as they are supplied in plastic bags. Delivery was fast.I didn't expect too much, so was not disappointed! They are pretty flimsy, so don't know how long each pair would last, but then again I only put them on to read really tiny print now and again and after all, you get three pairs for this very low price. Accurate magnification. So overall verdict of OK, but don't expect designer specs!Reasonable product for the price as I need several pairs of specs in various places for reading only. Frames/legs are quite thin so don't know how long they'll last. The only annoying thing about them is the legs have loosened off so I can't hang them on my work lanyard as they keep opening up and falling off and there is no way to tighten the legs as they don't have screws.Light, good looking glasses. They arrived about 2 weeks after the order, not bad as I think they came from China. I have to wear them fractionally further away from my eyes than usual or my eyelashes just catch them.. other than that, they're great. They are so light I forget I'm wearing them.Shipping from China, these took an age to arrive, but very pleased when opened the box and found some smart specs.Slim modern design with tiny rubber bits on a bronze finish, they are light and lenses very good.Quite a slim fit but arms can be moulded a little to fit.
