ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION- The Lightview is really simple to put together. It comes with only four pieces, and also includes a simple instruction diagram to show how the parts fit together. Any necessary tools are provided in the package. The On/Off switch is conveniently located at the top of the gooseneck, near the lens. The lamp is plugin operated (5 foot long cord included!) and this lamp works only with 110v outlets but is safe to use in 220v outlets with a 220v-110v voltage converter. The lamp can be controlled using a wall switch, though it unfortunately is not currently compatible with Alexa. Just set the lamp up, leave it in the on position plugged into the wall outlet, and let the switch do the rest.
